Macbeths flaw is what leads him to kill; his ambtion and selfishness leads to his death. Lady Macbeths flaw is that she convinces Macbeth that he isnt a worldly concern unless he goes by means of with the murder of Duncan. She threatens his humans by saying "when you durst do it, so you were a man; and to be more than that what you were, you would be so much more the man" (act 1, painting VII, l 49-51).
